The mission of STEEL-INVEST LTD. is to meet the continuously increasing expectations of customers and owners as well as the required quality standards during its operation.
To this end, the company has implemented a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of MSZ EN ISO 9001.

Our company is committed to environmental protection and considers the health and safety of its employees a top priority. Therefore, we have also implemented an Environmental Management System in line with MSZ EN ISO 14001, and an Occupational Health and Safety Management System in line with MSZ ISO 45001.

Together, these three systems form our Integrated Management System (IMS).

The management of the company has summarized its commitment, intentions, and strategic direction regarding quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and energy efficiency in the Integrated Management Policy Statement.

STEEL-INVEST LTD. aims to ensure the long-term sustainable operation of the organization through the production, procurement, processing, and trading of steel products, while meeting the needs and expectations of its internal and external stakeholders.

The company’s fundamental objective is to maintain and continuously improve the quality of its products, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, and energy-efficient operations by applying a risk-based approach, evaluating potential positive and negative impacts, and taking the necessary measures.

During its activities, the company adheres to the principles of business, labor, and social ethics, complies with all relevant legal and other applicable requirements, fulfills its contractual obligations, and enforces its rights.

It strives to use tools, physical and intellectual resources that represent the best available technology (BAT) at any given time, meeting the “zero-defect” expectation while observing the principles of sustainable development and minimizing the use of natural resources.

The process-based operation of the implemented Integrated Management System covers the company’s development, manufacturing, trading, and service activities, as well as the use of all machinery, buildings, structures, and facilities at its sites.

Quality objectives:

Ensuring the further processability of products, improving the inspection of supplied raw and auxiliary materials, expanding the product range, enhancing commercial service quality, providing technical consultancy, and developing packaging technology. These objectives and targets are achieved through programs applying modern quality techniques.

In addition to continuously improving its environmental performance, the company gives special emphasis to the economical use of resources, reducing emissions, preventing environmental pollution, and improving waste management based on environmental risk assessment.
STEEL-INVEST LTD. determines its environmental aspects considering the life-cycle perspective.

By reducing workplace and health risks, the company continuously improves working conditions.
It provides employees with appropriate protective equipment and ensures consultation and participation in matters, planning, and performance evaluation related to occupational health and safety.

During operations and equipment maintenance, particular attention is paid to preventing potential accidents, health impairments, emergencies, and pandemics — including outsourced processes and subcontractors.

The organization also focuses on improving energy management performance, reducing and normalizing energy consumption wherever possible during operations, production, and maintenance.

External stakeholders are expected to comply with the company’s accepted quality, environmental, safety, and energy standards and to demonstrate valid competencies.
Internal stakeholders’ awareness of quality, environment, health & safety, and energy management is developed through regular, targeted training and education.

The company maintains fair and transparent communication and cooperation with its employees, partners, the public, authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure long-term sustainable operation.

The management and ownership of STEEL-INVEST LTD. are committed, actively and responsibly participating in the implementation of the Integrated Management Policy Statement, ensuring the necessary resources, and encouraging all employees to align with and adhere to its contents.

To realize the objectives set out in this Policy Statement, the company operates an Integrated Management System in compliance with MSZ EN ISO 9001, MSZ EN ISO 14001, and MSZ ISO 45001, certified by an independent body.

Our company handles personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), relevant national legislation, and the currently valid internal data protection and information security policies.
